We accept several methods of payments. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro, Electron and. We also accept PayPal. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Services team by email.
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following 1-2 business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date.

-For orders to the EU it takes about 4-7 days to be delivered.
-For orders to the United States, Canada and Rest of the world, it usually takes about 14 days or less.

While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of La Lingerie’s and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.

If you receive your package and it is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to correct our mistake as quickly as possible.
Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner containing your package’s tracking information.

If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be sent out during the next working day, so you can allow additional days to receive your tracking details.

At the checkout page, to apply your promotion code, click “I have a promotion code”, enter the code, and click on “Apply”. Be sure that there are no additional spaces before or after the discount code.

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If we are unable to cancel your shipment before it leaves our warehouse, we will reach out to our courier service and request that the package be rerouted back to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will process the order, issue a full refund to your account, and notify you via email.
